Employment Opportunities

Currently, Joinder employs over 180 full-time employees.

Joinder’s Mental Health /Intellectual Disabilities and Lycoming Children & Youth Services Agencies are staffed by civil service employees.

In order for an individual to be considered for employment with either of these agencies, your name must appear on a “local government” Civil Service employment list for a classification that the Agency employs. An individual must be a resident from Lycoming or Clinton County to appear on the “local government” list for the Lycoming-Clinton MH/ID Program and a resident of Lycoming County to appear on the “local government” list for employment with the Lycoming Children and Youth Agency.

In addition to completing an application and meeting the qualifications for the classification, in most instances, the applicant will need to take a written test.

The following are some of the staff classifications currently used by Joinder:

Clerical, Fiscal, and MIS Services:

  • Clerk Typist 2
